Our original Emery plan features 2 bedrooms on the main level - the master suite along with a guest bedroom and bath. Bedrooms #3 and #4 are located upstairs, each with their own private bath. Customize if you'd like to add a 3rd bedroom upstairs! Great Room has hardwood floors and see-through indoor/outdoor fireplace that you can also enjoy from the covered porch. Kitchen has large island, granite tops and large walk-in pantry!
