The Sarasota Reverse is very similar to our oh-so-popular Laurel Reverse plans! The main level is nearly the same, but we designed a u-shaped staircase that leads you down to the finished lower level. As in the Laurel plans, you'll find a large family room, wet bar and 1/2 bath for your guests. The 2 spacious bedrooms each have walk-in closets and share the jack-and-jill bath. Plenty of unfinished storage area left for your holiday decor, a workshop or exercise area!
